About Me

Rendy Wirawan raised in Balikpapan, South-eastern part of Kalimantan, by April 27th 1993. He moved to Jakarta with his family and conducted his first education at TK Al-Hikmah, South Jakarta. He turned back to Balikpapan and took elementary school at SD Negeri 001 Balikpapan Selatan and continued his study to higher school SMP Negeri 1 Balikpapan and SMA Negeri 1 Balikpapan respectively.

Rendy Wirawan began his BA study at the Department of International Relations, Universitas Gadjah Mada in September 2011. He is currently a student of this department majoring in International Politics with focus of studies in several fields such: Theories of World politics, international security studies, and comparative politics as well as social research methodology. He is now working for a department-based student organization to enhance his capacity in social networking and small-based practical politics.

By 2012, he was chosen for an exchange program at La Trobe University in Australia for a semester. Simultaneously, he was a receiver of the Australian Government mobility grant award. Rendy has written small number of papers and essays (see Academia.edu account) of particular courses or independently held. Currently, Rendy is working on the nuclear proliferation in international security system as is final project in BA degree.
